SSign up to our fantastic newsletters and get great Telegraph content delivered straight to your inbox.

We are pleased to have over 40 newsletters, ranging from politics to puzzles, front page news to food. But if there’s a problem with your newsletters, we want to know, so we can do our best to help.

First, however, here is some troubleshooting advice.

Having trouble receiving the newsletter?

There are several reasons why you may not be receiving the Telegraph newsletter. Here are some common reasons:

  • It is possible that the newsletter is going to your spam folder. Take a look and if so, please move it to your inbox and mark it as “not spam”. Thus it should go directly to the correct location in the future.
  • Add our email address to your contact list, as this should also mean we’ve reached your inbox. If you are using Gmail, please put our emails in your “Primary” tab. If you’re using iPhone Mail, make sure you mark us as “Not Junk” and if you’re using Outlook, add us to your “Safe Senders” list.
  • Our email sender name varies between emails, but you should recognize it from these three examples.
    • thetelegraph@email3.telegraph.co.uk
    • business@email3.telegraph.co.uk
    • telegraph@emails.telegraph.co.uk
  • Some email clients limit the amount of emails you can receive. Check to see if your inbox is full, and delete old emails to make room for new ones.

How do I unsubscribe from this newsletter?

We want you to enjoy our newsletters, but if you don’t, you are of course free to unsubscribe. You can do this by visiting the Newsletters tab “My accountAnd then click “Remove” where you see the corresponding newsletter.

You will need your password to do this. If you do not remember your password, please click on “Forgot my password” from where you entered your login details.

Can I sign up friends to one of your newsletters?

You can’t do this yourself because of privacy laws, but if you forward the newsletter in question to your friends, they can sign up themselves. Otherwise you can always send them to the main newsletter page, where they can see all of our newsletters and decide which ones to sign up for.
