Manitoba’s premier isn’t heading into the fall with a lot of support from his constituents, he says Latest no From pollsters at the Angus Reid Institute.

In the latest approval ratings of Canadian premiers, Heather Stephenson once again finished last with a paltry 22 percent approval rating — down one percentage point from her last-place result in Angus Reid’s summer poll.

According to the results, just two per cent of Manitobans polled say they “strongly approve” of Stephenson’s job in the province’s top job, while 45 per cent “strongly disapprove”.

Only one in five Manitobans say they approve of his performance at all.


Next door in Saskatchewan, Premier Scott Moe is enjoying Canada’s 57 percent approval rating, up six points from June, while Dugford, Ontario, also saw a drop to the east this time around, but It is above 40 percent.
