Pietersen, who keeps a keen eye on cricket, said, “It is all about those who will perform at the right time. And this is going to happen during IPL in April and May. We will see who is performing best. The players are good enough to repeat in the World Cup.
Pietersen has extensive experience of playing in the Caribbean and feels that the conditions there will be very similar to India.
“The conditions are really similar here to India. There will be wickets with very little bounce. It takes some spin, but they are beautiful wickets too,” the 43-year-old told TimesofIndia.com.
