Hay Reds beat Lisburn Ladies 4-1 at Solitude while a short distance away at Seaview, The Glens played out a 0-0 draw with Crusaders Strikers.
It was a night of history for the Mid Ulster Ladies, who celebrated their first win since promotion to the Premiership and moved them off the bottom of the table at the same time.
Cliftonville had to be patient against a determined Lisburn side, not getting the breakthrough until early in the second half when Grace McKim put them ahead. He then added a second with a corner that curled straight into the net.
